Booking Links
Booking links are designed to make it easy to** generate multiple links for the same event** page for the purpose of tracking and controlling the booking experience.
Public Events are allocated their own Public Link.
If your event is set to Invite Only, the guests can only book via an Invite or a Booking Link
You can configure your booking link in the following ways:
Custom URL
- This gives you full control over the look and readability of your link. If you do not edit this section, your link will consist of a random alpha-numeric string. You cannot edit the custom URL once the link has been generated.
Tags
- Add tags to your booking link so that any bookings made via this link will subsequently inherit these tags. For example, anyone booking via a link tagged 'early-bird-vip' will then get this tag assigned to the booking. This makes searching, tracking and organising bookings at a later date easier.
Booking Style
- By default, the Standard booking style will be applied to your link. This matches the normal booking experience for a user. You can also select Register Interest which will adjust the booking experience for the user so that their booking must be confirmed by an admin before they can attend.
