Ticket Types



You can edit name, description and price of your tickets. You can also set a minimum and maximum quantity that each booking must include if necessary. Gif below to show how to create multiple ticket types.

Adult

Free (children up to 10 years)

Concession (students under 26, senior citizens 65+)

Group rate adults (min. 8 persons)


Extras

Fees and Charges

ARTSVP charges a standard charge of 5%. In addition to this charge there is also a variable charge from our payment processor Stripe, which varies depending on the type of card used to make the purchase. Further details in the article below.

Booking cancellation and refunds

With ARTSVP you can allow booking cancellations and process refunds. Make sure you have ticked 'Allow booking cancellations' in the 'Edit' section (image below).

If instead your policy doesn't allow refunds, remember to either untick 'Allow booking cancellations' or to insert a clear cancellation message (i.e. Please be advised, this event is non-refundable).
