Adding Banner Images

Banner images for event pages help you communicate your brand or offering to potential visitors.

Here is an example of a branded banner for a VIP event booking page for the fictional Moka Fair.

Adding banners to event booking pages.



Adding a banner image to your booking pages is easy. We recommend using banner images with dimensions of 1500px x 500px.

This banner image is added on the event Edit screen.




Adding banners to booking confirmation emails and reminder emails



You can also add a banner to appear at the top of transactional emails ARTSVP sends on your behalf.

These include:
- Booking confirmation emails (when someone makes their booking)
- Booking reminder emails (default set to send 24hrs before the booked time)
- Cancelation emails.

We recommend using a simple logo style image with dimensions of 1500px x 500px. This can also be configured on an event by event basis from the event edit screen.

Adding banners to public collection pages (Professional and Enterprise clients only)



To add a banner on a public pacing collection page you need to navigate to the edit section of the collection. Here you can add a banner image.



Adding banners to email invitations (For those with this feature activated)



For clients who are using the "Send Invites" feature you simply select a banner before sending the email invites out. You can add this banner on the same screen where you customise the email to send.
