Sending Invites
Viewing invites Fairs configure the portals to allow exhibitors an allocation of invites that can be generated and distributed. There may be multiple types of invites allocated to each exhibitor. Once an invite has been generated and distributed it will show on the invites tab. Once the invite has been used, it will no longer show in your invites tab - you can view the associated bookings within the bookings tab. What are "Exhibitor Portals"? Exhibitor portals make it easy for exhibitors at fairs to invite their guests, see when people have booked and get notified when they arrive. Viewing Bookings From the booking tab you can see when a guest you have invited is booked for. If you click on the booking you can also see when they booked. After the guest has been checked into the event you will also be able to see that they have attended and when they checked in/had their ticket scanned.Few readersActivity & Notifications
What is the Activity Tab? All Invite, Booking and Check-in activity is displayed inside the Activity tab. Any unseen activity will display as a red badge count beside the Activity tab.
