Before setting up exhibitor portals

The set up exhibitor portals this feature must be activated on the organisation account. This feature can only be activated on enterprise clients. To activate this feature please contact ARTSVP who will assist you.

Generating the portals

To generate the portals first you have to set up a portal group for the fair. Once this is done you can then generate the individual portals for each exhibitor.

Assigning invites to each portal

Once an individual portal has been configured you can allocate a certain number of invites that the exhibitor can then generate and distribute.

If is also possible to create an invite that will be pre generated from the individual events invite page.
